Welcome from our principal
“We are delighted to welcome you to Tamworth South Public School, a vibrant and inclusive community where every child is valued and supported to thrive. As principal, my vision is to foster a nurturing, engaging environment that inspires curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning in every student.
Our dedicated and caring staff work passionately to provide high-quality education, balancing strong foundations in literacy and numeracy with rich opportunities in the arts, sports, and leadership. We are proud of our diverse programs, including our Learning Support Unit and our Opportunity Class, which cater to the unique needs and talents of every student.
At Tamworth South, we embrace collaboration with families and celebrate a warm, family-like atmosphere where kindness, respect, and responsibility flourish.
